Pilates is a mind-body connection exercise evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates. It teaches you body awareness, good posture and graceful flowing movements by using lateral breathing, activating core muscles and stabilising your body, allowing you to do certain activities effectively and pain free. It gives you optimum results in a minimum time.

The exercises are lying down in an anatomically correct position, where you can easily feel any imbalances in muscles and posture. There is less influence of gravity so the body aligns faster.
